Chhorii is a 129-minute-long, slow moving film. It ideally should have been just 80 or 90 minutes of duration. The premise is interesting and the film is set in a remote farm. Hence, the setting is eerie and with a tight execution, the film could have gone anywhere. However, the pace is so slow that it tests the patience of the viewers. The ending is a bit better but comes too late in the day. Speaking of performances, Nushrratt Bharuccha gives her best but is letdown by the writing. Mita Vasisht is apt for the part. Saurabh Goyal is okay. Rajesh Jais is hardly there. Pallavi Ajay and Yaaneea Bharadwaj do well. All in all, Chhorii is a big disappointment!
