Antim – The Final Truth has a fine first half. The characters are well-defined and the plot and setting is relatable and has potential. A few action and dramatic scenes are exceptional. Salman Khan’s entry scene (action by ANL Arasu) and the interval point action are the highlights. But the film goes downhill in the second half. The makers let the characters and the plot go waste as they pepper the narrative with unexciting and unimaginative scenes. The film picks up in the climax. The final scene is depressing. Salman Khan is in a fine form and thankfully, has at least 60-65 minutes of screen time. Aayush Sharma is a huge surprise and has improved a lot. Mahima Makwana is confident while Sachin Khedekar is dependable. Upendra Limaye leaves a huge mark in a small role. Mahesh Manjrekar goes over the top and his dialogues are difficult to comprehend. Jisshu Sengupta and Nikitin Dheer are poor. Uday Tikekar, Vijay Nikam, Prem Dharmadhikari, Rohit Haldikar and Sayaji Shinde are fine. All in all, Antim – The Final Truth fails to impress.
